Gynura procumbens is a plant that contains flavonoid compounds as antioxidants and has hepatoprotective effect. A hepatoprotector compound can protect the liver from damage. One way to determine function measure enzyme activity of Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) Pyruvic (SGPT). This study aimed effect extract ethanol on induced by paracetamol toxic dose. used 20 white male rats divided into five groups: positive control group, negative (NaCMC 1%), dose 2.400mg/kg bw).
